I’m an active licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Can I become a member of Texas Real Estate without being an active member of a local Realtor Association Board?
My primary interest is use of rental forms of personal real estate.
I have taken the Texas Association Ethics course in lieu of NAR Ethics.
